Walker’s Lockers allows you to claim your item within one hour after the event ends. Prior to closing the truck, Walker’s Lockers will attempt to contact you using the phone number you entered on the manifest when you checked in, as a courtesy reminder. If your item is not claimed and the truck is gone, Walker’s Lockers will deliver the item to the event organizer or venue security for you to arrange pickup or delivery at a later date. Your item will be kept in the storage bag with the claim number that matches your wristband. You will be notified if this is the disposition of your item and you will be responsible for contacting the local event management staff or security office to make arrangements for claiming your item.

Walker’s Lockers is flexible in the shapes and sizes of items permitted for storage. We accept items as small as pocket knives and as large as strollers and suitcases. There is one flat fee per stored item (e.g. such as a backpack, purse, camera, knife, etc.) regardless of the size of the item.
To ensure the safety and security of your item, if your wristband comes off or is lost we would require that you present valid identification such as a driver’s license. We can then use your ID card to find the matching record on the manifest, which would then be used to locate your item within the storage truck.
