Typically we will be open for one hour after the event ends; however, this could be different from event to event. When you check in your item, the Walker’s Lockers staff will tell you when our services will close. Prior to closing the service, Walker’s Lockers will attempt to contact you using the phone number you entered on the manifest when you checked in, as a courtesy reminder. If your item is not claimed and the truck is gone, Walker’s Lockers will deliver the item to the event organizer or venue security for you to arrange pickup or delivery at a later date. You will be notified if this is the disposition of your item.
